Jewellery for Change
2022

Brief 
This project is based on developing a business concept and establish a company from business plan, concept, product idea to production and sale.

The purpose is to challenge sustainable principles and business concepts within the jewellery field and bring awareness to the UN’s sustainable goals.

Hot Mess Jewellery Brand

Hot Mess brand was created based on the 3rd goal Good Health (wellbeing) and 5th goal Gender Equality, within the 17 UN's sustainable goals.

To test the hypothesis that jewellery can be used as a tool to answer the issues encountered in the lack of confidence people have, mainly women, that lead them to a feeling of not belonging and not accepting their own flaws, we wanted to empower and change their attitude, by elevating the mood and stimulate the senses – contributing for their happiness and confidence. And with that in mind, we created a colourful and playful collection, in which is offered the experience of personalization, where the user can choose the shape, size and colour the way it fits to their style.
